These Terms of Service govern your download and use of Hexolo ("the App"), provided by Jokermastek.
Hexolo is a free puzzle game offering optional ads and in-app purchases. You are not required to pay to access the core content of the App.
The App offers virtual items such as coins, boosters (hammer, hand, shuffle), and an ad-removal bundle for real money. All payments are processed through Google Play Billing, and refunds are subject to Google Play's own refund policy. Purchased virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
You agree not to use cheat software or bots, reverse-engineer the App, attempt to exploit the purchase system, or use the App in violation of applicable law.
All visual, audio, code, and design elements of the App belong to Jokermastek or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute the App outside of personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jokermastek shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
